Shake the bottle with your index finger and thumb. Use your coated finger
to apply FireKitty topically to any inflamed areas. FireKitty works great with
added heat. You can use a heating pad or massage it into the affected
area. Apply as needed to the affected area topically.
Generally, less is always more when it comes to dosing orally. 1 ml for
every 100 pound of weight is a good rule of thumb here. Remember to
wait at least 30 minutes between each dose.
